A rain garden and retaining wall were installed across the driveway. EPDM liner was installed inside the wall for waterproofing so water will not leach from the wall before being absorbed into the rain garden.
Out back, the pergola has solar powered louvres that can be closed to create a roof in inclement weather. The cedar fencing houses the pool equipment. The flagstone pattern of the patio was interrupted to put in a trench drain that drains the pool deck to the rain garden in the front yard.
The @Zuri boardwalk behind the chaise lounges provides an area to drain the rear pool deck into a system under the decking and capture it for collection at the rain garden. The @Zuri decking also provides distinction into the very large flagstone pool deck.
